Ok I was the first to complain, quite bitterly, when told about 18 months ago that we would as a company be installing Greenprint onto each PC.

Obviously being of a certian age where I physically need a piece of paper in front of me coupled with time being of the essence in everything I do, being "forced " to change my printing habits didnt go down to well! What was this.... I now had to preview everything I printed to see if I actually needed all of the pages!! OF COURSE I NEED THEM!!

However 3 weeks into having the software installed on my PC, I was warming to the idea that yes whilst I needed to print an important email, I didnt really need the whole string of mails attached or the company disclaimers, and whilst I needed to print my google map directions It wasnt life or death to have the banner ads or images. So I have dutifully eaten a whopping slice of humble pie and now love this application. It even tells me I have saved 112 pages by previewing first and not printing them.

But guess what my old computer has died, and here I sit merrily typing on my spanking new machine getting cross with the IT team who havent got round to installing me Greenprint again. So hurry up guys..I need it..it has tricked me quietly over the last year into becoming 100% more environmentally friendly.
